Bookings of this type are requested with no payment taken upfront. Once your booking request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with payment information.

Conditions

Online booking requests require 3 business days advance notice. Commercial rates apply to any group who operates a business or commercial enterprise with the intent to generate profit. Community rates apply to groups that service community members that live, work or have connection with the Surf Coast Shire including charities, sporting clubs and schools. Hire fees are indicative only. All bookings requests will be reviewed and applied rates may be subject to change. Please ensure set-up and pack-up times are included in your requested booking period.
